Our location here in Botley is perfectly placed for patients and clients from all the surrounding areas including Fair Oak, Southampton, Bishops Waltham, Swanwick, Fareham, Portsmouth, Gosport and The New Forest.

Lizzie Elshaw at Turning Tides Therapy is able to offer Counselling, CBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Lizzie works Monday to Thursday from The Botley Clinic.
